*EDIT As a loyal customer to Pizza Hut I order two times a week and tonight when I called on a Tuesday at 7:59 I was told by sherry it's a two hour wait time for delivery but a 15 min wait for carry out that jus doesn't add up that they are this busy in Pittsfield Massachusetts on a Tuesday you lost a loyal customer not that sherry cares
I always order Pizza Hut almost once a week i've been doing so for years! will continue to give them my money this looks delicious can't wait to enjoy thanks !!! Great food great prices excellent quality -

I just called and politely told the girl that answered the phone that I was unhappy with my takeout pizza...long pause and no response from her. I told her my pepperoni and mushroom pizza tasted like sugar and cinnamon....once again no response from her. I asked nicely if they cooked anything sweet and didn't they wash in between and she said they do. No apology and no offer to make things right. When I asked her to share with the chef she responded "you bet" in the snottiest tone and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, they wouldn't answer. Would never go back here.

This pizza used to be my favorite. Not so much anymore. My last two visits were a disappointment due to my pizza having a bland flavor. Maybe they changed their sauce Either way.....I'll not going back.

Oh my this is the worst Pizza Hut ever. One of the few Pizza Huts in Macon but the service here is terrible. They took 60 minutes for my dine in order of 1 large pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. I also had to experience the weird characters who went into the restaurant and made a scene over$5. I'd recommend going to The Brick for pizza. This PizzaHut dine in location in Macon is a no go.

Super easy online ordering app used. Order was delivered 4 minutes before promised. Delivery driver was super friendly and cordial. Food was hot, fresh, and as ordered. Everything was delicious and looked great. Food tasted wonderful they even brought plates and napkins with our food. Will definitely be ordering again in the near future. Pick 5 menu is a good deal of savings if you have people who all want something different. Everyone was happy!!
